Story
Ariane wanted to make a floral cocktail inspired by a drink she had in a Moroccan restaurant in Amsterdam. She also was desperately trying to pretend it’s already spring. We loved it
Ingredients
- 2 parts gin
- 1 part vermouth
- 0.5 parts elderflower sirup
- 0.5 parts lime juice
- 4 dashes of rose water
- 1 pinch of cardamon
- 1 sprig of thyme
Method
Muddle cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with cucumber and thyme.
