Doodles and Bubbles
Mixed by Natalia Bourges on November 10, 2017
Story
To celebrate that the print proof of The Artificial City Guide (stay tuned) arrived on time, and that we were all feeling better after a week of the horrible flu. We decided to make grapefruit juice more drinkable by mixing it with bubbles and mezcal, what a great source of vitamin c!
Ingredients
- 2 parts sparkling wine or champagne
- 1 part mezcal
- 1 part fresh grapefruit juice
- a dash cardamom of bitters
- agave syrup
Method
Combine all ingredients, except the sparkling wine, and stir with ice. Add agave syrup until it is a bit less bitter. Strain into a coupe, top with sparkling wine and enjoy.
