Story

Our newest bartender makes her first drink! Nathalie's learning the in's and out's of our office, as well as our tastes in cocktails.

Ingredients

• 1 part Licor 43
• 1 part apple juice
• 1 part ginger beer
• fresh mint
• apple slice for garnish

Method

Pour Licor 43 and apple juice into a shaker with ice a mint. Shake well, and pour into a glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a slice of apple and mint leaves.
